GrantFlow is a grant discovery, scholarship matching, and application support service provided through Axiom BioLabs. All research, guidance, and application development is based on publicly available information, best practices, and client-provided documentation. GrantFlow does not guarantee that any application will be funded, as funding decisions are made entirely by external agencies, foundations, and scholarship committees.

All services are offered on a professional services basis, billed according to published pricing or a written agreement. Fees are for time, expertise, and labor—not a percentage of any awarded funds. This aligns with federal, state, and foundation standards for ethical grant writing.
Hardship Policy:
Pricing adjustments are reviewed case-by-case for clients facing medical, financial, disability-related, or emergency need. Discounted or pro bono service may be offered at Axiom BioLabs’ discretion.
Ministry Policy:
Faith-based organizations, churches, and ministries may receive discounted pricing for mission-driven work.
By submitting an application or requesting service, clients acknowledge that funding outcomes depend on numerous factors outside the control of Axiom BioLabs, including funder priorities, availability of grant cycles, competition levels, compliance requirements, and completeness of client-provided information.

GrantFlow supports faith-based organizations and ministries. Funding recommendations are tailored to both secular and faith-friendly opportunities. Some funders limit religious programs; others specifically welcome them. GrantFlow provides guidance but does not influence or alter funder decisions. Ministries may receive discounted pricing or hardship consideration based on project type and mission impact.
No Guarantee of Funding
GrantFlow cannot guarantee that any grant or scholarship application will be awarded. Awards are determined solely by the granting organizations and depend on factors outside our control.

Axiom BioLabs and GrantFlow are not liable for any damages resulting from denied applications, changes in funder policy, missed deadlines due to client delays, or funders closing opportunities unexpectedly.
