By accessing or using GrantFlow services, the user (“Client”) agrees to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

GrantFlow offers:

• Grant discovery
   
• Scholarship matching
   
• Funding eligibility reviews
   
• Application development assistance
   
• Budget preparation
   
• Document organization
   
• Compliance support
   
• Strategic funding guidance
   

GrantFlow does not provide:

• Loans or credit products
   
• Matching grants requiring repayment
   
• Guaranteed funding
   
• Legal, tax, or financial advice
   

All funding decisions are made solely by third-party agencies, foundations, scholarship committees, or benefit programs.
GrantFlow cannot and does not guarantee:

• Awards
   
• Dollar amounts
   
• Deadlines
   
• Review timelines
   
• Competitiveness
   
• Funder priorities
   

GrantFlow bills for professional time and expertise.
Billing structures include:

• Flat fees
   
• Milestone billing
   
• Hourly consultation
   
• Recurring monthly billing (when applicable)
   

Fees are never based on a percentage of awarded funds, in compliance with federal and foundation ethical standards.

Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing work.

Discounts or pro bono service may be granted at the provider’s discretion after review of hardship circumstances.
Faith-based ministries, churches, and mission organizations qualify for discounted pricing.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
   
• Supply required documents
   
• Respond to communication promptly
   
• Review all drafts and materials for accuracy
   
• Meet internal deadlines needed for application preparation
   

GrantFlow is not responsible for missed funder deadlines due to client delays.

GrantFlow keeps client information confidential and uses it solely to perform services.
Data may be shared with funders only for the purpose of application submission or when required by law.

GrantFlow is not liable for:

• Denied funding
   
• Changes in funder policies
   
• Missed deadlines caused by client delays
   
• Technical issues with third-party funder portals
   
• Incorrect information provided by the client
   

Liability is limited to fees paid for services.

Either party may terminate services at any time.
Client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

Drafts, guides, strategy documents, and written content created by GrantFlow remain the intellectual property of Axiom BioLabs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

GrantFlow may collect:

• Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
   
• Personal identifiers (DOB, demographic info, household status)
   
• Organizational data (EIN, budget, mission)
   
• Education information
   
• Disability or health-related eligibility information (provided voluntarily)
   
• Uploaded documents (budgets, narratives, reports, transcripts)
   

We use client-provided information to:

• Match you with funding opportunities
   
• Prepare applications
   
• Evaluate eligibility
   
• Improve our services
   
• Communicate with you
   
• Maintain internal records
   

We do not:

• Sell client information
   
• Share data with outside marketers
   
• Use your information for non-grant purposes
   

Sensitive information (medical, disability-related, financial hardship details) is handled securely and used solely for funding eligibility review.

GrantFlow does not require protected health information (PHI).
Any health details you provide are voluntary.

Your data is stored in secure digital systems with restricted access.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect confidentiality.

We only share information with:

• Funders (for applications you authorize)
   
• Service partners supporting grant processing
   
• Legal authorities when required
   

Our website may use basic cookies or analytics to improve user experience.

Clients may request removal of their data at any time by emailing:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 without parental or guardian consent.

GrantFlow is not a healthcare provider and is not subject to full HIPAA compliance requirements. However, we voluntarily follow HIPAA-lite standards for protecting sensitive information.

1. GrantFlow does not request or require medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or PHI.
    
2. If you choose to provide limited health information for eligibility purposes (e.g., disability services, medical bills, hardship needs), we treat it as confidential.
    
3. Health-related data is:
    
   • Stored securely
      
   • Used only for funding matching
      
   • Never shared outside the application process
      
   • Not sold or distributed
      

• GrantFlow is a HIPAA-covered entity.
   
• GrantFlow does voluntarily submitted health-related information to a comparable standard.
   
• Nothing you share is used beyond the purpose of helping match you to support programs.

GrantFlow retains client information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Complete funded projects
   
• Maintain application records
   
• Respond to client requests
   
• Meet legal or tax obligations
   

• Application data: 3 years
   
• Billing records: 7 years (IRS requirement)
   
• Emails and communication: 3 years
   
• Inactive client records: Deleted after 3 years unless requested otherwise
   
• Sensitive health or hardship data: Deleted upon request at any time
